We are a group of strategists and subject matter advisors who partner with clients to solve big challenges and define inclusive and equitable paths forward. As a strategy collective, we collaborate and lean on each other to clarify the root cause of challenges, define and design solutions, and co-create implementation plans, and more. Creating space for women of color to leverage their expertise.
Our consultants each have 15+ years of experience and advanced degrees from premier institutions. Above all, we have collectively navigated a more than 50 organizational contexts and functions, serving as senior leaders.
Simply put, we have the education and functional experience that set us up for each of our clients.
In-person and remote engagements
Our office home office is based in Dayton, Ohio, though we have consultants dispersed throught out the United States. We value the flexibility that remote work offers and when needed, we travel to meet our clients for in person engagements.
