Freedom — Today, and Everyday
Freedom.
This is one of my core values, Freedom. I believe it is driven by the fact that majority of my life I did not feel free or have the freedom of many choices. Some of the constraints were financial, others were time, and a key factor has been fitting into systems and structures that were not made for me to fit in.
By working through pain and leaning into resilience, I found a space of acceptance. This is something we all have the ability to do— acknowledge where we are, what we want, and the actions that are within our control to take to achieve our desires. If you read these words and can not clearly discern your “gray space” by which you have to operate or exercise freedom, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
The freedom to be, to exist, to operate, and to do all of the things our heart desires is what we need. After all, you only live once.
